We work on all HVAC system, but the most common residential HVAC system utilized in south east Louisiana during the winter are gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pump systems.

Any of these heating systems can effectively heat a home when properly sized and installed

Gas Furnaces produce heat through combustible gas, such as natural gas and propane. Once ignited, the gas is pulled through a heat exchanger, which transfers heat to the air in your home.

Electric Furnaces produce heat through 240 Volt electric heat strips/coils in the air handling unit. As the thermostat signals for heat, the heat strips are engaged, and air is pushed across them to transfer the heat into the home.

Heat Pump Systems use refrigerant to heat and cool your home.
