I called Bayou A/C and talked to Tyler. He was very professional and didn't make me any promises in terms of same day service. Within no time he was able to resolve our issue, fix it and provide several recommendations for continued maintenance. Bayou A/C is a great company! And I would highly recommend them to a anyone with A/C issues.

Tyler was very professional and explained everything he did in layman's terns. He sent a text with a 2 hour window when he would be arriving and he was there on time. I would recommend him to anyone and I will definitely be using him for future HVAC maintenance and repairs.
